The score line on the big digital panel of the Free State stadium had wrenched thousands of England fans.

4-1, the biggest defeat of the England soccer team in the history of World Cup. The exit of England was much anticipated due to its unconvincing performance, but not much had expected a 3 goals massacre from the Germans.

People may argue over the disallowed goal and cursing the Uruguayan Referee with the filthiest language they knew. But, even Frank Lampard (the Chelsea power house whose well struck shot had crossed the goal line by 1 yard, more than that) can’t deny that their sloppy defending had no ways to stop the lightning swift counter attack executed by the German attacking forces. John Terry could only have a helpless glance at the back of Miroslav Klose jersey where his teammate Matthew Upson being out paced by the Leverkusen striker.

So, what are the underlying problems that cause England, which never devoid of well known superstars like Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney, failing to win the most renowned soccer competition of the planets since 1966? God Knows. England has the biggest and the most popular league in the world, the EPL, (I will be surprised if anyone tells me that they do not know what is Manchester United or Arsenal. At least, you have to know it’s a soccer club), which players exhaust their every single muscle to fight for the league champion. Yes, one of the problems lies in the previous sentence, which is the overall fitness of the players.

The hectic schedule has drained players’ energy and they usually do not have the time to relieve their fatigue. Lets narrow down to the Big 4 case to illustrate this; Teams like Arsenal or Chelsea usually has to cope with different competition such as the Champions League or the League Cup, so it is inevitable that there are 2-3 matches per week. Some regular first team players were not well rested but their hunger for victory had taken over their fatigue minds which enable them to carry on. Like John Terry, he rarely misses a league match as he is the fulcrum of Chelsea defence. (Although his scandal had caused him more distraction and trouble). At the end of the day, we can see these players carrying a totally exhausted bodies and minds, boarding the team’s plane, flying to the southern tip of the Africa continent, trying to squeeze out niche of energy from their nearly empty fuel tank. Hunger for victory must be supplied by a fully energized physical and mental condition, but the English men have none.

Maybe you will blame Fabio Capello for being incapable of leading the team, but judge from his champions-furnished resume and excellent preliminary result, we can’t really blame him. Sven Goran Eriksson is nothing and easily outclassed by Capello. Is it a legacy problem or players attitude problem? The question remain unsolved while in the mean time we can only analyse it from an outsider point of view. The crucial thing is whether the English FA and players will really learn from the previous 11 setbacks, or the same scenario will be repeated 4 years later?

刚看了X无敌之夜的youtube,感动到没有话讲，那天也刚好是Hide的祭日。

这应该是Sugizo成为X团员的第一场Dome的演唱会呱，果然在预料中，他表演的他的第二乐器--小提琴。那种古典与摇滚结合的怪物，他是X里的第二个。另外一位当然是完美先生，林佳树（Yoshiki）。对于Sugizo来“顶上”Hide lead guitar的位置，简直是无从挑剔，当之无愧。当然个人还是认为Hide还是太有才了，虽然Sugizo也不赖。

重点介绍演唱会中的一首歌，那就是Dahlia。（对那首新歌Jade还是有点失望+不适应）。歌的开始是Yo和Sugizo的“双琴”合奏。然后Toshi那沧桑的声音穿透了大家的心。让我真的很想去Tokyo Dome，OMG！那里真是现实与梦想交汇的地方。

Dahlia其实是一种花的名字，但在Yoshiki笔下有了不同的诠释。其实它可以分解为Destiny Alive Heaven Love Innocence Always等英文单词，一些Yoshiki想表达的想法。Yoshiki写词是很喜欢用暗喻的，意思有时真的无法理解。其实Yoshiki开始时候是非常讨厌这首歌，录了很多次也编辑了很多次。这么多很多次，他还是不满意。团员都给搞得半条命，和这种完美主义者工作真是要命啊.最后把这首歌放进专辑后，他才比较满意。

这首歌是典型X的唯美Speed Metal曲风，它也受Hide和Heath的影响，加了工业噪音半的感觉。渐进式的节奏，从快到慢的变奏，Toshi的歌声，只可以用完美来形容。

烦。

最近做internship显到爆。。。整天都在reading。。。

近日在一整天都在为事而烦。想爆了脑袋我也不知道要如何解决。。。

爱一个人确无法保护她，真的很无奈，不想失去任何东西。有时不知道是不是很贪心。

有时候觉得有些人很奇怪，明明失去了重要的东西，还不会珍惜眼前的事物，还一味的变本加厉，这到底是为什么？

室温只可以用寒风凛凛来形容。恰当的说，是与新加坡国立大学赫赫有名的乔治太子公园学生宿舍有着天壤之别的极寒温度。披上寒衣一件，合情合理。

我从没读书读到想哭，即使压力很大。但看着ME2143的讲义，心象被雨水打着，泛起朵朵的涟漪。

Amplifier,这是从小就多么熟悉的东西。看着硕壮的身体搬着它在家门进出。拆开，然后仔细检查，修理，然后试音。声音之大让人有时觉得很烦躁，也成了一种邻居们习惯的必然。但现在已经没人可以听到了。。。

The vacation for University last for 3 months,i am damn sure that i will be bored to death to stay at home.The desire to get more cash into my account had driven me to work as part time.

I had once think of going bac to my previous company to work as part time,but i didn't really want to be to stress and tired,so i decided to find for another shop.Its a Japanese Ramen Restaurant called Bishamon at Great world city.

It takes less than 1 second to spend 100 bucks but it cost 20 hours of hardwork and manpower to earn it.Earning money is always a hard business,for working in F&B industry.Previous experience had taught me some skill to deal with it.Maybe i can share with all of u

REMEMBER FOLKS,THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT:
1.obey what ur superior ask u to do,not being a coward,but this makes life easier.
2.do not take part in the politics between the staff,they might approach u,but try to draw ur line.
3.provide good service,the response frm the customer might help u.
4.The person who is very kind and puts on a smile is usually the demon.（笑里藏刀）

Although my current job is quite OK(from my personal view,as i had worked in hell before),i really dun like the politics in there.Though it happens between 2 person but it is affecting the whole shop.

I just pray that they will pay me what i deserve on the day i should deserve.

刚考完电子学，题目一半以上不会。。。

本来就对这科毫无兴趣，从一开始是这样，到结束也是这样。虽然是不喜欢，还是一厢情愿的尽力的读。

我是相信一分耕耘，必有一份收获的人。一份可以是满载而归的成功，也可以是零碎及安慰性的小回报。当你在苦恼为什么努力了，却得不到收获，这是因为你还不够努力。这是失败后的一种启发性的自我勉励，肯定比自怨自艾的在那沮丧的更好。

这两个学期来，我总在想，为什么别人可以那么天才，考试前准备好象很轻松，到底是为什么？是，世上是有天才，但学习在很大程度上是靠努力和专注力，加上之前所中下的果实。有些人在进大学之前已经种好这所为的果实，现在只是在享受着甜美的果肉而已。“一分耕耘，一份收获”，他们现在正是在运用之前的收获，来获取更大的收获，不是吗？所以我们不应该羡慕他们。

这次不行，下次再来，总有一天一定会成功的。漫长的人生，应该有很多时间从来，只要生命不要仓促结束。

Comparing wisdom and intelligence, which of these two is a more important pre-requisite for people in leadership? Why?

People may ask what is the pre-requisite factor in leadership?Well, the answer from most people will most probaly either wisdom or intelligence.Which one is a the important factor,the answer is clear and convincing to say that wisdom plays a more influential in leadership.A wisdom person might be a good leader,an intelligent might not.Why isn't a more knowledgable person tend to be a good leader.

Before going into the depths,lets briefly clarify the difference in both wisdom and intelligence.Wisdom is a kind of accumulated personal kind of knowledge through real life experience.Its like a function that increases with age.These people may not high in IQ but is undeniable they possesed special personal character and communication ability.For an intelligent person,they might have wide range of knowledge gain from academic education,but they might lack of cofactor in leadership

Any form human organization or activities needs a leader to be the representative man to lead and unite his or hers subordinate.Firstly,he/she must have the ability and confidence to face the adversity.They must have great mental strengh for remaining calm even in the most desperate situation because the undergoing of the organization lays on his shoulders.This is all meant for a wise person as they are the ones have already had plenty of exposure to these adversity.Hence,they will be able to deal with the problem straight to the point and implement effective solutions.An intelligent person might not be able cope woth this changes of real life scenario as for usually they only deal with in text examples.

Secondly,a wise and good leader is one who will be able to make right decision,by overviewing the situation and take importance of the priority of the whole organization.Like working as a team,A good leader should be expert in recognizing ones flair or ability and put this talent in suitable area for him
to do his job,thus the work speed is increased and the quality of outcome is mostly ensured.In doing this,a leader must have good communication to interact with peoples and it is obvious that this kind of skill cannnot be learned from textbooks.

Indentify an existing problem that is being caused by climate change in the world today and explain how that problem can be addressed.

Ever since the Industrial Revolution,the rapid growth of human modern civilization has brought tons of problems to our mother earth. We are consuming valuable treasure of nature more than what it can sustain. There is a loss of balance in the global scales ecology .Emission of green house gases, disposal of industrial toxic, and burning of rubbish due to the activities of so-called Homo sapiens had bring evident and hazardous destruction to our planet.

One of the consequence of human activities above is the green house effect, the climate of our earth had raised 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) during the 100 years ending in 2005. Though the increment is insignificant, this slight increment in temperature could be catastrophic change on a global scale. This phenomena is the notorious global warming.

Global warming has induced shrinkage of ice in the Arctic region and glacier retreat. Iceberg is melting and as a result rising the sea level, causing geological change as coastline is covered,even bringing disaster such as floods and landslide.

Though the problem is deteriorating in a irreversible manner, by decreasing the emission of green house gases, we can mitigate the effects of global warming, there might still be hopes for us.Government should enforced environment –protecting policy and law on industrial waste disposal to ensure irresponsible factory owner from continually harming our earth.

much oppurtunities writing using english.Though i

have the habit of reading english novels and

story,environmental-constraint still is the major

problem,that causes the weak foundation of me in

writing.

Why i kept focus on the environment issue(i

had to emphasized that this environment is refer to

the learning environment)?The reason is evident.If

one had used to or heard something over

sometimes,we tend to get familiarized with it.As an

example,I can write good chinese essay without much

grammatical error or repeating vocabulary,which is

contradictly the major problem I faced in writing

english.

My mum has always encouraged me in reading

newspaper daily when i was young but somehow i

found it boring,boring because of the topics.I

prefered interesting plotdriven novel instead of

this.But as i grown up,i realized that reading

newspaper is one of the most effective way in

improving writing skill.It provides latest and

various information that is important for us in

writing when we need example to illustrate our

points and ideas.The usage of vocabulary in the

newspaper article is always straight to the

point which will clearly expressed the

meaning.It is a important technique to developed in

writing as we do not want to confuse the readers.

There's still a lot of hard work to be done for me in

writing and hence consistency is vital.

Environmental Problem in Malaysia

As the global environmental condition is deteriorating in an alarming rate.Worldwide nation has recently begin to take action by helding meetings to discuss and reach concensus for the alternative ways to solve this disasterous problem,preventing the earth from sinking into the point of no return.

In my country Malaysia,the developing pace of our industry had effectively and evidently build up our economic strength,but we also pay off as our country take damage from the rapid growth of the industry development.We are now facing serious environmental problem.Especially deforestation is the most concerning matter.

The increased demand of lumber for industry or building purpose had resulted in large area of tropical forest being widely pulled down.The ratio of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere had increased critically as there are lesser tree which acts as the CO2 absorber of mother nature.Once the East Malaysia was called the lung of earth,but due to deforestation,the renowned title is diminishing.Toxic gas clogged the air,hence,greenhouse effect slowly comes in to the play,threaten the survival of human race.

According to the data from the United Nation,Malaysia's deforestation rate is accelerating faster than any other country.This is a shocking fact that many of the local people does not even know.People just simply declining the forest for purpose of agriculture or plantation without notice that their act will bring any potential consequences,which is definitely destructive.In emphasis,government must work hands by hands with the nation,educate them somehow,like tree replanting,in terms to slow down the rate of deforestation.

Is it the time we fellow Malaysian and the people of the world to contributes some power,to revive the evergreen forest as we can get rejuvenating fresh air?Please,you can do it by using paper in proper ways and try to recycle it other than just dispose it into the dustbin.Think twice,you can save the world too.

Life's Meaning to Me

If someone asked me what things or element that gives me life meaning,my answer will definitely be love.

What is love?How can we define it?Well,its kinda abstract.

To me,it is a complicated sense of feeling that touched my heart,through combination of caring and understanding from other people. Love comes from our parents,siblings,lovers and even from a bigger aspect,the whole world.Whenever i am down or facing problems,love from the ones who cares for me will always pulled me up and ease my mind.Life is a matter of giving and sharing with human beings around us.It is always meaningful to help the needed,spreading seeds of love and happiness.Overviewing the current global situation,we knew that is crucial to spread love,especially in those country that in political crisis or war,people was struggling for survival,puppet by hatred and materialistic thoughts.Although some say life is struggle,with love it can experience a revolutionary change.
